Employee Rental Housing

The University owns and manages a portfolio of clean, functional and affordable single-family rental houses located close to campus, and offered to full-time faculty and staff employees. The houses are located east of campus, between Twyckenham and Ironwood, and south of campus between Eddy Street and St. Peter. All of the houses are owned and maintained by the University. Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities and doing all lawn work and snow removal.

The University also owns and manages nine City Homes which are three level row-style homes on Angela Boulevard, directly across from the new hockey arena. For more information, click on the Notre Dame City Homes at Eddy Street Commons page.
